You’ve decided to join the Cadenzabox family!

WELCOME!
Whether your library is just starting out, or well established, there are a bunch of things that we need from you to help us along the way. This handy guide should explain everything that we’ll need in order to get you up and running.
Library name
What is the name of your library? We’ll use this to create your new instance, and will be used and referenced throughout the system as well as giving you a Cadenzabox URL to browse your site prior to launch. For example: mylibraryname.cadenzabox.com
Brand assets
How much of the below we need depends on how much visual customisation your instance requires.
- Logo Either as an SVG or a PNG/JPG, the logo should be as high resolution as possible and be able to work in the context of your brand colours.
- Fonts If you have specific fonts that are a part of your brand styles, please deliver those to us or let us know the names of them so we can license them for online use on your behalf.
- Colours Let us know the colour palette you are trying to follow. Dark theme, light theme, primary colours etc. All of this will help us create a well branded experience for your clients.
- Brand guidelines For more established brands, you may have a more specific set of guidelines for us to follow when we “skin” your Cadenzabox instance. If this is the case, please supply these as soon as possible so we can understand the breadth of the design requirements.
- Any other visual assets You may have more images that contribute to the design palette. This could be a background texture or images used for “ambience” across the site. Please provide the highest resolution you have available for us to consider when skinning your instance.
System information
- The “From” email address This is the email address that your clients will receive system emails from: download confirmations, user verification and so on. In the admin it is the Emails from field under Settings > General. This could be anything @ your domain name as long as it is a properly set up email address. We will authorise this email address with our sending service “Postmark” which will send an authorisation request to you.
- Notification email address While you can set these yourself in the admin under Settings > Notifications, we will set an initial address that will receive system emails for all the types of email that you can receive from your Cadenzabox instance.
Content
If we are creating additional marketing pages as a part of your build (Homepage, About page, Work page etc.) then we’ll need any copy, image assets and video links that will be used to make up the pages. We’ll ingest initial versions of the content on each page before showing you how to manage this yourself going forward.
Catalog
The audio and metadata… the most important parts of your library. We have guides to take you through the different stages of bulk catalog delivery.
Licensing
If you are planning on utilising the direct licensing part of our platform, we will need the following information:
- Your licensing rate card Any format is fine, we will then create the rate card to suit your needs and discuss any potential issues with you.
- API keys for your chosen provider: Stripe and/or PayPal
Domain name
When we’re ready to launch, we’ll need to point your domain name to our servers so that your shiny new Cadenzabox site can sit at your custom domain or subdomain.
Ideally if we can have access to the DNS settings from the domain name registrar, we can make this process go seamlessly for you. See Domain name setup for the DNS records involved.
If you’re unable to do this, then we can pass on some technical details for you to implement yourselves when this is required.
